Tobacco 21

FEDERAL LAW APPLIES TO ALL

Yes, even you! 2019 changes made the legal sales age of all tobacco products 21.

Set yourself up for success, check IDs for every sale, and make sure they're over 21.

Most Wisconsin tobacco retailers don't sell tobacco products to those under 21.
We know retailers want to do the right thing and keep the next generation free from addiction. Wisconsin Wins is proud to offer all retailers free training to help support businesses to do the right thing via WITobaccoCheck.org.

Training your employees is required by law and you can do it for free at witobaccocheck.org.
